Oxium is a performance oriented synthesizer, offering both a classic pure analog sound and modern tones with awesome real time modulations capabilities, allowing you to play a synthesizer in ways you could never have imagined.

Due to its simple and intuitive user interface Oxium is fast and easy to operate.

Oxium features:

• Core Modules
• 2 Cumulative analog modelled Oscillators ( up to 8 per patch ), PWM for all waveforms (free running with indistinguishable aliasing Saw, Triangle, Pulse and Square), Advanced Glide/Portamento mode per Oscillator/ Hard Sync and Ring modulation between Oscillators
• 3rd Generation Zero-Delay-Feedback filters, self resonnance for all modes (LP 24/12, BP6/12, HP) Additional second filter to choose between Formant Filter, LP, B and HP with emphasis or articulation parameter
• Flexible Double Mixer architecture (one per filter) with fully configurable serial or parralel modes

• 3 freely assignable DsyncADSR envelopes
• 3 Multi-waveforms LFOs with Mono/Poly mode, Midi Syncable, Delay, Fade in, and note retrig parameters
• Exclusive 2nd generation Le Masque controller modulator, with 16 freely drawable zones (masks); each mask has two level parameters, can trigg envelopes, or be envelope controled, the grid has vertical and horizontal snap modes; patterns can be saved, loaded; 3 trigger modes
• Central Modulation Environment: 6 freely assignable pairs of source/target parameters, 3 additional prewired pairs for common musical gestures (Vibrato, Tremoloe, Auto Wah), 6 hardwired slots for real time controlers (Mod Wheel, Pitch Bend, Aftertouch, Breath Controller); all parameters are Midi Controllable

• Advanced Poly-Mono Arpegiattor, with fully configurable note order, Gate and swing parameters
• 8 Play Modes (5 Poly/3 Mono) allowing multiple keyboard playing techniques
• Deep integration and interaction between Play modes, Arpeggiator modes, modulations and per voice core sound engine for organic and expressive instruments
• Up to 8 voices Unisson with Tune spread parameter, Oscillator drift and Output Vintage parameters to model several aspects of analog hardware syntheziser, unique Modulation randomiser: Use these 4 parameters to customise big as life patches

Multimode Filter
Oxium multimode filter providing self-oscillating 6 filter types:

• 12 dB and 24 db low pass
• 6 dB and 12 dB band pass
• 12 dB high pass
• A special overdrive circuit can be used before or after the filter
• This filter uses our proprietary "zero-delay algorithm", providing a stunning analog feeling

12db Filter with Formant feature

• Oxium provides a second filter
• 12 db low-pass, high-pass and band pass with a new formant behavior; the vowel of this can be selected later but also modulated
• A full parallel/serial audio flow and an easy to tweak mixer, allows this second filter to give a new dimension to the substractive synthesis

Oxium provides a new, powerful, easy to use advanced sequencer modulator, brought from  Le Masque: Delay XILS Lab effect, and adapted to the synthesizer specific modulations. On the Grid you can perform the following tasks: create, delete and edit the different Masks, specify the length of the grid, quantize locators, swap between mask and non masked areas, and specify the background quantization of the Grid itself, horizontal wise but also vertical wise.

Polyphonic LFO

• 3 Standard full of features LFOs are provided by Oxium
• Each LFO can modulate the oscillator pitch and width, the filter frequency and the amplifier level
• It also can be used as a source in the modulation matrix
• The frequency can be synced to the Host application tempo, the modulation can also be reseted by the keyboard or freerunning and a fade-in function is available
• These LFOs can be polyphonic (each voice has its own LFOs) or monophonic (all the voices are using the same LFO)

TREMOLO, AUTO WAH, VIBRATO Control Knobs

• These knobs set the amount of their corresponding modulation (Oscillator pitch for vibrato, VCA level for tremolo and cutoff frequency for Auto Wah)
• The internal knob sets the rate of the corresponding LF
• Standard Expression Controls: 2 Destination menus are available giving a very large selection

Oxium is not a stand-alone application but designed to be used as a plug in your DAW

Oxium is available with the following formats:

• Mac OSX 10.4 (32 bits powerpc and intel), 10.6 (32&64 bits Intel) and later : VST, Audio Unit,  RTAS (Protools 7.0 and later)

• Windows XP, Vista and windows7 (32&64bits) ; VST,  RTAS (Protools 7.0 and later)
